The appartment offers you on 40 sqm:

• 1 living room with complete kitchen, a table with 4 chairs and a bed for 2 persons with two independant matrasses. This bed is used as a sofa during the day time.
• 1 bed room with a double bed with 2 independant mattresses (80 cm x 190 cm) and a spacious wardrobe.
• 1 storeroom with washing machine and all necessary cleaning equipment, bay bed, baby chair, electric barbecue grill, iron and ironing board.
• 1 bathroom with shower, basin and WC.

The whole apartment is tiled.

A covered parking is included.
