Occupancy
Prices are applicable up to 2 adults.
2 children up to the age of 10 year are included.
Maximum occupancy: 3 persons, 50€ peer week for 3rd adult or teenager.

Discounts and Surcharges
In high season the 2nd week of rental is discounted 30€, the 3rd week 50€ and the 4th week 100€
During high season a surcharge of 50€ is applied for single week rental period.
Stay beyond one month or less then 1 week, price upon request.

Payment by bank transfer
30% are due upon reservation
Remaining 70% are due no later then 2 weeks before arrival.
No deposit beyond the partial payment upon reservation.

Visitor's Tax
The visitor's tax is included in the price and will be paid by the land lord.

Bed Linen
Bed linen and towels are included.

Final Cleaning
Final cleaning is at 70€. Payment by cash only.

Insurance
We recommend an insurance covering holiday rental risk to our honored guest.
